About the Authors
Writing duo Lamont Mackay and Phyllis Hinz have coauthored ten cookbooks and written a culinary-travel column for the past two decades. They have been published in newspapers and magazines across Canada and the United States. When not on the road, they enjoy spending time in their home town of Stratford, ON.
